The Kallenbach family is in their third generation of home builders in the Midwest. I've been fortunate to learn from both my Dad and Grandparents on construction, fixing broken things and making creative improvements. I've also been lucky to have a career in commercial real estate, financing and affordable housing. With this background, we have a unique motivation to provide affordable single family homes where we live in Kansas City and the surrounding area.

Our homes are typically slab on grade with attention to low-maintenance and quality appointments. Either of our layouts provide a number of storage solutions to suit an older couple or small family. Efficiency is a key feature we focus on with our building envelope, insulation and mechanicals. We want our home owners to buy a home they know will last, be easy to take care of and inexpensive to heat and cool.
